Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are not in their original condition, may only be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
